Administrative Assistant

 

Ms. McKenzie joined M.E.I. in 2015 with over 5 years of experience in the Administrative field. Laura’s knowledge and experience brought her to the position of Administrative Assistant. She is responsible for preforming day-to-day office tasks, coordinating project proposals and preparing responses to requests for proposals. She maintains the projects lists and updates the databases with all the pertinent client information. This includes archiving all the completed projects and maintaining accurate information for all future projects. She coordinates projects for private, state, and local clients, multiple project managers and state, federal and local agencies. Laura provides a high-level of administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.
